This 4-session program gives you the basics of upping your leadership communication game. You’ll learn how to prepare for and the mechanics of having an authentic conversation, with time to practice between sessions.

Complete
Get the complete program taking you from preparation & execution and getting into what’s next and how to get buy-in from yourself and others. This 6-session program goes deeper, includes meaningful assignments between sessions, and gives you more time to practice and integrate the skills.
